At ASU Prep Digital, students thrive in an accredited online school designed to fit their unique needs. With asynchronous online classes and a flexible schedule, student athletes like 6th grader Sami Evans can pursue both academic excellence and athletic success.

Andrew and Nicholas De Lapp, 2023 ASU Prep Casa Grande graduates, excel in many areas, “twinning” included. The identical twins stuck together through high school, succeeding in academics and participating as student-athletes at Barça Residency Academy, the prestigious elite youth soccer program located within the Grande Sports World Campus that ASU Prep Casa Grande calls home. Most recently, the dynamic duo was recognized as co-valedictorians of their 2023 ASU Prep graduating class.

As Andrew and Nick prepared to turn the tassels of their graduation caps and deliver their co-valedictorian speech, they reflected on their high school journey.

Pickleball is more than just a growing sport; it’s a passion for 16-year-old Andre Mercado, the world’s leading 16U pro pickleball player. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Andre has taken the pickleball world by storm, signing a professional contract with the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) and earning sponsorships from Proton Sports and Monster Athlete Juniors.

But Andre’s success isn’t limited to the court. As a junior at ASU Prep Digital, Andre is proving that it’s possible to excel both academically and athletically.
